Welcome to InFamilyJoy. These Terms of Use (ToU) constitute a legally binding agreement between you and InFamilyJoy SAS regarding your use of our mobile application and services.

By downloading, installing, or using our application, you agree to be bound by these ToU. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our application or services.

Service Description

InFamilyJoy is a mobile application designed to help families track and encourage positive behaviors in children, set personalized rewards, and involve all family members in positive education.

Our services include:

  • Creating family profiles and managing members
  • Tracking positive behaviors and goals
  • Customizable reward system
  • Communication tools between family members
  • Personalized advice powered by artificial intelligence
  • Reports and statistics on progress

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time, with or without notice.

Accounts and Registration

To use our application, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

By creating an account, you declare:

  • To be at least 18 years old or have the authorization of a parent or legal guardian
  • To have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract
  • Not to be a person prohibited from using our services under applicable laws

You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach. We will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account.

User Conduct

By using our services, you agree not to:

  • Use our services in a way that could damage, disable, overload, or compromise our systems
  • Use our services for illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activities
  • Collect or gather information about other users without their consent
  • Violate intellectual property or other rights of third parties

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services if you violate these rules of conduct.

All intellectual property rights related to our application and services, including but not limited to software, images, text, graphics, logos, icons, and sounds, are the exclusive property of InFamilyJoy SAS or its licensors.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use our application in accordance with these ToU. You may not:

  • Copy, modify, adapt, or create derivative works from our application
  • Decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract the source code of our application
  • Distribute, sell, rent, or sublicense our application
  • Remove or alter copyright or trademark notices

Content you create and share through our application remains your property, but you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display this content as part of providing our services.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, InFamilyJoy SAS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether foreseeable or not and even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the use of our services will not exceed the amount you paid for our services in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to liability.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for certain types of damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
